In 1988, Full Spectrum Farms (a wholly owned subsidiary of Environmental Systems Inc. (ESI)) found a way to produce eggs with a lowered cholesterol content (25% lower in cholesterol than the USDA standard of 213 mg per large egg.) Full Spectrum Farms has been able to do this without adding any drugs or chemicals to the hen's diet.
We do this with a well-balanced combination of premium feed and non-chemically treated water. All this creates an environment and nutritional base resulting in a healthy, contented chicken laying, healthy, non-chemical eggs.
