Full Spectrum Farms eggs are antibiotic free, reduced saturated fat, reduced cholesterol, thicker egg shells, better flavor, higher Omega 3 and laboratory checked to be Salmonella free.

How are lowered cholesterol and lowered saturated fat eggs produced?

We are able to achieve a reduction of cholesterol and saturated fat in our egg through proper diet, stress reduction, pure water and clean air.  We constantly monitor and test our eggs to ensure the highest quality, finest taste and reduced levels of cholesterol, saturated fat and sodium.

How are the Full Spectrum Farm eggs tested?

Full Spectrum Farms eggs are tested by independent laboratories at least three times per month, significantly more testing than any other egg in the market place. Not only does this assure Full Spectrum Farms of the proper cholesterol, saturated fat and sodium levels, it also allows Full Spectrum Farms to monitor other areas which are very important in the production of fresh, healthy eggs. The testing protocol used to test the Full Spectrum Farm Egg is also the one approved by the FDA for cholesterol, saturated fat and sodium testing.
Why do you pack your eggs in foam cartons?

Our containers are recyclable.  The package is made of polystyrene foam and contains NO chlorofluorocarbons. It's sterile, lightweight and offers the eggs the best protection. Unlike a cardboard carton, our foam carton does not absorb moisture.

Why do your eggs cost more than regular eggs?

The healthy diet, along with our carefully controlled environment, allow our hens to produce eggs with a stated cholesterol content of 180 mg per large egg, comapred to 213 mg for a regular egg, with 25% less saturated fat, and lower sodium. The best feed, water and environment add to the cost of producing our eggs which in turn makes our eggs a little more expensive.
